Recon Mobile (or Sankalan) is a multilingual android app for capturing consumption data from water meters manually by meter inspectors in absence of Automated Water Meters.

It connects with a portable thermal printer and a card swipe machine through bluetooth for on-spot bill generation and payment at consumer’s premises.
