We covered 1,81,609 households (approx. population of 8 lakh) during this study within 6 months and also conducted another much more detailed analysis on a stratified sample of 1% population.

Primary purpose of this study was to assess consumer's socio-economic status, service levels and grievances. Secondary purpose was to spread awareness in public to claim for better service from ULB and ways to cooperate on CBO (community based organizations) level.
